Maila was born from a love of confection and connection. Over the past year, founder Chrisi has been thoughtfully developing a cookie dough brand inspired by the flavors of her home island of Guam, weaving tropical influences into timeless classics.

What began as baking cookies with unique flavors for friends soon grew into local pop-ups and community gatherings, where sharing something sweet became a way to bring people together. This is what helped her find her friendships away from home.
